Your right to return

Not happy with your purchase? You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

How to register a return

Send an email to info@moodgrace.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
You will receive a reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
Ship the parcel using a tracked shipping method and keep your proof of postage.

Please never send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without being registered cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

The cost of returning an item is paid by the customer, unless the item was damaged or the wrong item was delivered. In those cases we cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. How quickly the amount appears on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@moodgrace.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will resolve it with a replacement or a full refund.

Items that cannot be returned

Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery
Items without their original tags or packaging
Swimwear and underwear where the hygiene seal has been removed

Cancellation

You may cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of delivery. Our 30-day return policy is offered in addition to this right and does not limit it.
