Where our products come from

Mood & Grace is operated by TLC Commerce Limited. Our products are sourced from international suppliers and are dispatched directly by those suppliers. Your order therefore travels internationally before it reaches your address.

Every order is sent with tracked international shipping, so you can follow your parcel for the whole journey.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is confirmed. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

As soon as your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking details.

Expected delivery time

After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 6–10 business days. Because our products are shipped by international suppliers, delivery can occasionally take longer depending on customs processing and carrier availability.

Delivery times vary by shipping route, carrier and seasonal demand.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your parcel and see the current delivery status.

Shipping costs

Mood & Grace offers free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden delivery charges.

Delivery delays

We aim to deliver every order within the expected time frame, but delays can happen for reasons outside our control:

Carrier disruption
Peak shipping periods

If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please allow a further 3 business days before contacting our customer service team.
